New Ryah Pictures: 3 Months Old!

New Ryah pictures that I took on a whim yesterday.  She is three months old already!  I can't believe the time goes by so fast!  It seems like yesterday I was forever pregnant and miserable, and now here she is, and growing every day!  I am hoping to get family pictures done soon...the boys are getting big too!  JoJo is practically a man, with a mustache and leg hair longer than mine, lol.  His voice is changing too.  I'm not ready for all this!  He's only 13!  Brandon will be 11 here in just a few short days, and Mikey is almost 5 and will be starting kindergarten next year!  Everyone just stop growing for a minute!  You're making mommy feel old!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Another Thanksgiving has come and gone, and I'm so thankful for my wonderful little family.  We didn't go anywhere or do anything this year, although I did cook.  I will admit, I had toyed with the idea of a pre-cooked meal available from the supermarkets this year.  Something about no work, no mess, and no clean-up was very appealing.  However I called them on the Monday before Thanksgiving, and of course it was too late to order.  So off Mikey, Ryah and I went to Safeway for a turkey and some trimmings.

We sat down to eat about 2pm, except for me.  Ryah decided she needed her Thanksgiving meal too, lol.  Still, it was a nice day and evening, we even watched the Macy's parade.  The turkey came out delicious, I used a new herb-infused brining recipe.  It was tender and flavorful, and the gravy was good, too.

We of course missed our family at the table, the holidays just aren't the same holidays without family.  We miss everyone and hope you all had a wonderful turkey day!
